Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Aftcezz knowledge workspace, operated by Aftcezz Private Limited. By creating a workspace or connecting a source, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.

You are responsible for the accounts and connections created in your workspace, and for ensuring that the people who use it are authorized to access the sources you connect. Keep your login details secure and let us know promptly if you believe your workspace has been accessed without authorization.

When you connect a source, you confirm you are permitted to grant read access to its content. Aftcezz indexes only what your connecting account can access and mirrors the permissions of that source. You may disconnect a source at any time, which removes its indexed content from the hub.

Aftcezz produces answers, checklists and extracted terms from the documents you connect, with citations back to those documents. These outputs are aids for finding and using your own knowledge, not professional, legal or financial advice.

Extracted contract terms and synthesized answers are a starting point for review. Where an answer or extraction matters, verify it against the cited source before relying on it.

You agree not to use Aftcezz to connect content you are not entitled to, to attempt to reach documents beyond your permissions, or to interfere with the operation or security of the service. You remain responsible for how your workspace is used within your organization.

Features available to you depend on your plan. Trials run on the trial feature set described at signup and may end or convert to a paid plan. Plan details, including source limits and included Hub Engine areas, are set out on the pricing page.

We work to keep Aftcezz available and accurate, but the service is provided on an as-available basis. We may improve, change or adjust features over time. Where a change materially affects how you use the product, we will aim to communicate it clearly.

To the extent permitted by law, Aftcezz Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, or from reliance on generated answers or extractions without verifying them against their cited sources.
