The problem was never that companies do not write things down. It is that written knowledge scatters, and finding it becomes its own job.
It started with watching the same question get asked and answered from memory, five different times, in five different threads. The answer existed - written down, more than once - but nobody could find it fast enough, so they asked a person instead.
Each time, someone recalled it slightly differently. The Notion page said one thing, the PDF said another, and the most confident voice in the thread won. Real knowledge was losing to whoever remembered it loudest.
Aftcezz exists to close that gap. Connect the tools a company already runs on, ask in plain English, and get one answer with a citation back to the document behind every claim. Not a guess, not the loudest memory - the source.
A question should fan out to every source at once, then converge into a single answer you can trust because you can see where it came from.

If a claim cannot point back to a document, it does not belong in an answer. Citations are not a feature, they are the standard we hold every answer to.

Knowledge should stay where it lives. We add a searchable layer over your tools rather than asking you to move into ours.
SOPs people follow, not just write
A procedure only matters if it is used. We turn written SOPs into checklists so the documented way and the real way are the same thing.
How we prove it
We would rather show the product than talk about the people building it.
