Connect what you already use. Migrate nothing.
Aftcezz reads your knowledge where it already lives. There is no import, no copy, and no parallel system to maintain - just a searchable layer over the tools your company runs on.
Five connectors, one searchable hub.
Notion
Pages, databases and nested subpages, with the workspace structure preserved.
Google Drive
Docs, Sheets, Slides and uploaded files across shared and personal drives.
Confluence
Spaces and pages, including the internal wikis teams already maintain.
SharePoint
Document libraries and team sites, with existing site structure intact.
PDFs
Contracts, policies, reports and scanned documents you upload directly.
Authorize once. Search everything.
Connecting a source is a guided authorization, not a data export. You grant read access through each tool's own consent screen, and the hub begins indexing what that access allows.
- Read-only access granted through each source's native consent flow
- Only content the connecting account can already see becomes searchable
- Disconnect a source at any time to remove it from the hub
The current brand guidelines live in the Design space1, with the exportable asset pack stored alongside it in Drive2.
Updates stay reflected
When a source document changes, the hub picks up the new version on its next sync. You do not re-upload or re-import anything by hand.
Answers point to the live doc
A citation links back to the source in its original tool, so the answer and the document never drift apart.
Access follows the source
If permission to a document changes in the source tool, that change carries through to what the hub will surface.
Connect your first source in minutes.
Start with one tool, ask a question, and watch the hub answer it with a citation you can click.
